1. Acceptance and account use

By accessing HyDeck or creating an account, you agree to use the service lawfully, keep your credentials confidential, and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. Digital asset license

After a successful purchase, HyDeck grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased asset in your own personal or commercial projects. You may modify the asset as part of those projects.

You may not resell, repackage, sublicense, publish, or distribute the source files as a competing asset or downloadable library, whether unchanged or modified.

3. Orders and delivery

Prices and availability are shown at checkout. Access is granted only after payment is confirmed by the selected payment provider. Download links and licenses may be tied to the purchasing account and must not be shared.

4. Refunds

Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility depends on whether the asset has been downloaded and on the circumstances of the request. Contact support promptly if a file is missing, corrupted, or materially different from its description.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not bypass access controls, abuse license verification, attack the service, upload malicious material, or use purchased assets to infringe another person’s rights.

6. Intellectual property

HyDeck and its licensors retain ownership of the website, branding, and asset source files. These terms grant usage rights only; they do not transfer ownership.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and the catalog accurate, but maintenance, provider outages, and security events may temporarily affect access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, HyDeck is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

8. Contact and changes

Questions about an order or license can be submitted through the support page. We may update these terms when the service changes; the revised date above identifies the version currently displayed.
